G2X TAKE: The news yesterday of yet another CIO-SP3 prime being acquired is just one of several recent actions we have seen across the Federal Health sector of late, to include two new Federal Health giants completing their first M&A transaction after recently being acquired themselves, and yet another firm being bought out by private equity.
- DSA, a 100% employee-owned professional services provider, just announced that they have acquired CIO-SP3 prime, Project Performance Company LLC (PPC), a leading IT and Management Consulting firm.
- CIO-SP3 and Alliant Prime, NCI, Inc. announced this week that they have signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by private funds managed by a global private equity investment firm
- The very large Federal Health player DXC Technology, only formed in April by the combination of CSC and HPE’s Enterprise Services business, has acquired Tribridge, one of the largest independent integrators of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- CSRA completed its first acquisition, closing on their transaction to acquire CIO-SP3 SB prime, NES Associates, a federal IT service provider with expertise in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application architecture.
