** Update 7.5.17

click https://wilsabrar.ru/182.html G2X TAKE: A challenge related to this 5-year task to maintain current services and technical solutions, build new services as required, and support operations of the DSH has been dismissed.

8(a) and CMS SPARC Prime, Scope Infotech, Inc. filed a Bid Protest with GAO in June related to the recent award of a 5-year task (details here) to Sparksoft, a WOSB, 8(a), and HUBZone small business and CMS SPARC prime.

The protest is now marked as dismissed, but as we have learned, dismissed can mean several things in GAO parlance, many of which are not indicative of resolution. Details have not been provided at this time as to the reason for the dismissal – more will be shared here as it is made available.
